Hopcroft contributes technical and market research to Good Company's projects and clients. Her primary focus is sustainability in public infrastructure.
Hopcroft’s recent work has included research, analysis and specialty project management for David Evans and Associates and OBEC Consulting Engineers as part of the Oregon Department of Transportation’s OTIA III Bridge Program. Her research includes greenhouse gas analyses of design alternatives, environmentally preferable material alternatives and supply chain logistics. Hopcroft also is working with watershed councils to coordinate habitat enhancements adjacent to development projects.
Other projects include working with corporations and agencies, such as the City of Eugene and NW Natural, to develop sustainable purchasing policies, strategies and tools.
Hopcroft has a BA in Environmental Studies from Connecticut College and an MA in International Environmental Policy with a specialization in sustainable business management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She is an active member of the Oregon Chapter of the American Public Works Association.
